Payment
On-line payment is available via PayPal. This is a trusted secure method of online payment that allows payment by most types of credit/debit card. Alternativley we can accept pyment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to IGIGI2U and sent to

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch within 48 hours from confirmation of order, this would normaly ensure delivery within seven working days, but you should allow up to twenty one days.

All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and the despatch is anticipated to be delayed, we will contact you, usually by e-mail to arrange a new delivery date, if this is not satisfactory then the item will be deducted from the order. No substitute items will be sent without prior agreement.

All prices are shown in £ (GB Pounds Sterling) and exclude postage and packing.

Postage
Unless otherwise stated is set at a fixed price of £2.00 .for all deliveries to U.K. mainland. Postage will be usually be by Royal Mail standard postage

IGIGI2U reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

IGIGI2U reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

Return of goods
If any of your items prove to be faulty or are damaged in the post, we will replace the damaged item or provide you with a refund. Please contact sales@igigi2u.co.uk to describe what the problem is and we will advise you what to do. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy
IGIGI2U do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organisation. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used.

The web site, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.

IGIGI2U does not accept any responsibility for any Web site not under its control, which may act as a portal to our site or be connected by a link with our site.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
