Fennel Essential Oil is probably most known for its often chosen to help ease digestive problems when used with a Carrier Oil. It may also be useful in blends to help oily skin and is often a popular choice for anti-cellulite blends. Its refreshing properties may make it beneficial to congested and oily skin.
Be sure to use sparingly and always dilute to at maximum of 1% before using on the skin. When vaporised, its thought to help promote feelings of courage and strength.

How to use – To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go. Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.
Uses and methods of application – Dilute to a maximum of 1% with a carrier oil and use in massage to refresh and revive – also useful to massage over the abdomen if experiencing digestive related discomforts. Dilute to 1% in a base cream or lotion and apply to the skin to help balance oily or greasy skin. Diffuse 2-3 drops to help stimulate the brain and boost feelings of courage.
