Nutmeg has been used for centuries, mainly as a remedy for digestive and kidney problems. Its gentle warming effects make it a great oil to use as a muscle rub after a session in the gym or a long spell in the garden (ensure to always dilute before skin application).
A wonderful oil to vaporise all year round due to its uplifting and comforting properties; you may especially enjoy adding it to the burner during the winter months and festive season to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the home.
Ingredients – Myristica fragrans Kernel Oil

How to use – To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go. Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.
Uses and methods of application – Add 2-3 drops to a burner if you need to study to help you concentrate. Use to fragrance the home during the festive season – blend with Orange, cinnamon or Clove oils in a burner or electric fragrancer. Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use as a warming muscle rub after physical activity.
